Lumpia or sometimes spelled as lun pia (Hanzi: 潤 餅 / 润 饼, OJP: Lun-piáⁿ, hanyu pinyin: Run bǐng) is a kind of Chinese penganantradisional. The word is derived from the Hokkien dialect lumpia of pronunciation runbing in Northern dialect. And in Khek language or Hakka, Lumpia called Pokppya (pokpia).
Lumpia is a thin sheet of wheat flour is used as the skin and is used as a wrapper stuffing which usually consists of bamboo shoots, eggs, fresh vegetables, meat, or seafood.
In Indonesia, the spring rolls are known as typical food Semarang with the procedures of manufacture and materials that have been adapted to local traditions.
I have combined the artificial spring rolls with chicken sausage and tempura so the more interesting and unique, and I gave the name "MBAH LUMPIA QUEEN"
